The SAT exam is a separate entity owned by College Board. Any materials or content provided here are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by College Board.
You agree to use the SAT Prep Tutor resources only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the resources by any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, using the resources to transmit or post any defamatory, offensive, or illegal material.
Live sessions will be recorded and posted on the website. Users who attend live sessions understand and acknowledge that their names, voices, and faces may be shown during these sessions.
The resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SAT Prep Tutor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the resources, the information, content, materials, or products included on the resources.
SAT Prep Tutor will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the resources, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
SAT Prep Tutor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the resources following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SAT Prep Tutor reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the resources at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the SAT Prep Tutor team.
When posting SAT Prep Tutor resources on social media platforms such as Instagram, you agree to clearly state that the resources are from SAT Prep Tutor and give proper credit to SAT Prep Tutor. You may not claim the resources as your own original work or represent them as such. Any unauthorized use of SAT Prep Tutor resources may result in the termination of your access to the resources and potential legal action.
Due to the nature of our downloadable resources, we do not provide refunds more than 24 hours after your card has been charged. If you need to request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us promptly at satprepdaniel@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges. You can cancel your subscription by navigating to your profile → payments.
